I had a really really nice stay in a long time. Everything was perfect and clean, I liked staff and rooms. Richmond International airport was hardly 27 minutes away by car. The staff was helpful and hospitable, as for 4-stars hotel.

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Love the sitting room for extra space. Staff was very helpful and friendly - can't say enough nice things about them. Hotel has a pretty lobby with plants and water (small pools or waterfalls or something). Didn't get a chance to use the pool and hot tub (I didn't want to. My son did but said it was a bit crowded. It was a Friday night.) Location is good and it's an easy drive into Richmond. Love not having to pay extra for parking.

They didn't comp my room even though the power was out from the time I got there to the time I left. I understand it wasn't their fault but I couldn't use any of their amenities.

Seemed not to fill food items at reception until completely empty leaving crumbs for most people. Need more tables as people had to stand to try to balance food and drinks. Pool was overrun by unsupervised children.
